Power Carriers India Pvt. Ltd. started its operation in 1983 under the dynamic leadership of a pioneer in this industry Shri P. V. Divakaran after he retired from the Assam Electricity Board. It was then incorporated as a company limited by shares in the year 1989 and since then has grown in its operations along with the experienced and involved participation of Shri K. G. Pillai who has been doing business in the north east since 1953. Shri K. G. Pillai was also part of the company since its inception and contributed in its effective administration. Shri Wallamphang Roy a member of one of the most respected and well known families and business groups of Meghalaya with interest in Hospitality, Reality and Automobiles joined the organisation as an Executive Director and now leads the company as its Managing Director.
